Pastor Simpson, or Dr. Simpson was called upon the Lord to the ministry at 16 years old. Knowing this was one thing, however answering the call whole-heartedly was more like second nature. When you are walking in alignment with what God has for you it may feel difficult at times, because the tricks of the enemy never cease.
With a background in Health Care, and a doctorate in Health Administration Pastor Simpson is an avid ally of assisting individuals to reach their educational goals, not only in the secular world, but also with the lord. Educating Gods people with bible studies, sunday school classes, creating teaching guides even creating a course called 'bible 101' Pastor Simpson is here to help His people to learn and understand, from Biblically-based teaching, for themselves.

Church Administrator
Deacon Keith R. Simpson was raised in Houston, TX. Deacon Keith has been an active and committed Refuge Temple of Prayer (RTOP) member since its inception on August 1, 2021. Deacon Simpson is the Church Administrator as well as the Chairman of the Trustee Board. Deacon Simpson loves and is committed to the Lord. Before moving to Arizona, Deacon Simpson was a Jones Memorial Methodist Church member in Houston, TX.
Deacon Simpson is also a "lifetime member" of the Omega Psi Phi Fraternity and active with the Xi Nu Nu chapter in West Phoenix. Along with being busy with his church, he is also dedicated to the mission and vision of the Chapter he serves. He is involved with community events associated with Xi Nu Nu to assist needy people.
